“ First off let me say my fault. I ordered online through postmates and I didnt know my husband had also called in a phone order. Xavier went above and beyond to not only call postmates to cancel my online order but went as far as asked if and how long it would take to get my money back. He was very generous, and my order was done quick and I asked for extra sauce, everything was above and beyond. Great customer service, we need more people like Xavier. UPDATE I had to add to this review. I usually dont do a second or update. The one in Menifee my wings are usually always dry despite me asking them for extra wet wings. I dont mind driving all the way to this specific location for my wings. Whoever answered the phone this time was an awesome young lady I asked for extra wet and extra sauce on the side and she was very nice and she literally went above and beyond. Ill leave a picture the wings are seriously extra wet. Thank you to whoever answered the phone today and made my day! You are too sweet. ”
